Maintain a Relaxed Daily Routine-

When staying at home for long periods, it’s easy to stay in your pajamas, and lose productivity as well as  motivation. To combat this, try and maintain a relaxed daily routine, and add something you truly enjoy to each and every day!  In that hour you used to sit in the car commuting- set aside time to read!  No longer obliged to sit at a soccer field for 2 hours- start that scrap-booking project you’ve been putting off!  If you are anything like me, being home has freed up a LOT of time, that can otherwise be used for something you enjoy.  And honestly, with the stress of the current situation and the changes in routine and responsibilities, you deserve some YOU TIME!  So take it!
